Day 19! Today's list is the way I start most mornings. A list of things I am grateful for; before my feet hit the floor I try to list 5 things. I think it starts my brain off in the right direction for the day!
1. Birds just starting to sing before the sun comes up.
2. Snuggly dogs
3. My lovely husband who loves me and my crazy
4. Friends waiting for me for our early morning 4 miler
5. Hot coffee and dishes warm from the dishwasher when I return
The best thing about this list is that I have so many more things to add, and I think that I notice more of the "good stuff" all day long.

I love gratitude lists :) I do one in the morning and one before bed to finish the day :) Even on the days where the best I can be grateful for is an inside flushable toilet lol
